As we received many positive feedbacks about the recent sixpack workout video we shared, here's another one for stretching.
We know many of you are working from home or studying online so your bodies get tired and tight easily. This is ONLY 10 minutes long and very efficient full-body stretch so please watch and try it! Congratulations to the Prime Wellness Fitness Clients of the Month for November! 1. Maggie - she joined PWF in September and has been training 4-5 times/week.
