I’ve been working out for over 20yrs, in my early young age, during my pregnancies -3 daughters! till now facing my middle age. (Yes! Guess how old I am ;) Along the yrs, participated several marathon events, training for triathlons. You may not believe I was a premature infant diagnosed with congenital inflammatory dysfunction- Asthma. But exercise helped me! It become the most efficient way to maintain my health! Some people may choose Botox to stop time flies, I say “ Come and join me! Let’s beat the age numbers and be dynamic!”
